It's A Birthday PArrrty!

Ethan was thrilled to get to have a kids birthday party. This was the first year we've had a kids party separate from the family party. He thought long and hard about what kind of party to have and after changing his mind a couple of times he chose a Pirate Party!

We had a great time coming up with party favors, games and decorations. Each pirate went home with a pirate bandanna, eye patch, sword, compass, telescope, and gold coins.

We gave every one the bandanna as they arrived, but they had to earn the rest.

Pinning the eye patch on the pirate won you an eye patch of course.

We fished for the compass and telescope.

And the treasure hunt got them a sword and gold coins.

We ate pirate cupcakes and drank ocean water.

Ethan had a blast with his friends and is already talking about his next birthday.
