This past weekend we took a long drive up the canyon to see the beautiful fall leaves. Many of the trees are changing colors. It was amazing. Pictures don't do the bursts of color justice.
We made a stop at Cascade Springs. The water falls and bridges were fun, but Ethan loved the ponds of fish. He was wishing he had his fishing pole with him.
Daddy caught one of the bugs the fish were eating and showed it to Ethan. He loved it and ran right over with it on his hand to show me.
We packed a picnic lunch and stopped in a shady spot to eat. What a fabulous time enjoying nature and relaxing away from home.
