We had a HUGE snow storm a little over a week ago. We woke up to about 6 inches of snow so we pulled out all of our snow gear and had a ball.
We started in the yard making a snowman and snow monsters. Ethan was thrilled to use his monster pieces again. Good thing I knew right where they were.
Then we headed to the park near our house to try out the hill there. We all took a turn down the slope on Ethan's snow saucer.
Ethan was a daredevil and tried everything daddy did. They had a great time.
Avery seemed to like the thrill of the ride too. She would giggle down the hill and never complained about the snow flying on her cute little cheeks.
In the end Ethan wanted to have a snowball fight...He was a good sport, but was no match for both mom and dad!
By the afternoon all the snow was gone and our creations were mere mounds of slushy snow, but we made the most of the snow while it lasted!

Spring snow falls are so much fun. It doesn't seem as bitterly cold. Glad you made the best of it. It looked like such a good time. What a great family day. We ar enjoying the daffodils and sunshine.
