Monster Making

The kids and I picked up a couple of "Make Your Own Monster" shirt kits on clearance a few weeks ago and finally found shirts we wanted to use with them.

Ethan chose a baseball playing monster. We carefully cut out each piece he wanted to use and ironed them down in place. He was excited and very helpful. He wanted to do each step by himself.

Avery was a good little helper for about a minute...then she was off to play with big brother...but she loves her princess monster!

We are proud of our crafty little shirts and can't wait for laundry day so they will be clean again!

Those shirts are so fun to make with the kids. From our own experience make sure that you turn the shirts inside out when you wash them or parts can come off in the dryer!!!
