Bob has a few perks to his job. Last week he was lucky enough to take an unforgettable ride. At work he is heading up a study with a couple of small towns and the local National Guard Base. In order to facilitate the study Bob got take a flying tour of the National Guard Facility and surrounding area in a Black Hawk Helicopter.
He had the only civilian headset and heard all the pilot's comments from his jump seat next to the open door.The kids and I headed out to an open parking lot during his flight and waved feverishly when the Black Hawk flew over us. The kids are still talking about it!

That sure looked like fun..Bob looked pretty impressive sitting in there. So glad he got the opportunity:)
