Ethan started kindergarten on August 28th. It was a big day for us all.He was totally ready, excited and thrilled to be so grown up.
The school made a big deal about welcoming them to the first day.
It was weird to leave him, but he was confident.
Avery was distraught that her buddy was going to be gone for some of the day. When we pulled away from the school and I said "Bubba's gone what shall we do?" she simply replied, "I'm sad about that."
A little birthday money shopping therapy quickly changed her mind.
We were all happy when the first day was over, without crying! He loves his teacher Mrs. Hatch and thinks it's really cool that it's her first year of school, just like him!
