We went to the Living Nativity last weekend. It was more than we thought it would be. It was held inside with scenery, props, music and lights. Then outside they had a real camel, donkey and lamb. Ethan loved to pet the animals. He wasn't so sure about sitting and listening to the Nativity story...must have been too excited about the live animals outside. It was a fun way to bring to life the real reason for the holiday season. Thanks Aunt Amy for the invite! When we got home he looked at the nativity I have out and talked about each of the animals he saw. He also loves to carry around Baby Jesus so something must be sticking about Christmas!
