Princess Party

Our Little Princess had the best royal birthday party! We had lots of princess decorations: sparkling tiaras, glittery wands, watermelon crowns, and golden crown centerpieces, pink and purple galore and a cute little birthday girl in a custom made birthday gown-skirt and shirt! The royal guests made the event complete-family and friends! It was so fun to celebrate Avery and her birthday. I know she won't remember all the fun we had and all the hoopla, but these pictures prove she loved every minute of the party!

Avery loved her "just my size" birthday cake. It was a little windy on the day of the party so the breeze had the candle out before she could even get a breath, but she knew exactly what to do as soon as the candle was out and the wrapper was off-She devoured her pink cupcake with purple glitter frosting.

Avery was showered with great girly gifts fit for a queen. It is so fun to see the kids' corner in the living room stocked with pink toys. Avery was a very gracious gift opener. She loved every dolly, piggy, purse, music box, puppy, pony, activity center and doll house. Each gift got a little hug before I had to pry it away to open the next. Avery loves having toys she knows are just for her! Thanks everyone for helping Avery feel like royalty!

We saved a couple of gifts to open on Avery's actual birthday. It was a fun evening for our little family. Avery did grab her birthday candle to put it out. Luckily she didn't get burned.

We took a few minutes after dinner to enjoy the backyard and blow bubbles with Avery's new bubble machine.

We sure love this little birthday girl and hope she feels like a princess every day!
