Splish Splash

We've been trying for quite some time to have an official outing play date with our neighbors and have been unsuccessful...until this week! I'd heard about this great splash park near by and the 6 of us ventured out. We packed a picnic, suits, towels, sunscreen and lots of water and headed over with the hopes of fun. We were not disappointed!

At first Ethan was a little hesitant about the sprinklers shooting up out of the splash pad, but quickly warmed up to them. Especially since Hunter seemed to like them! The boys had a ball playing together and trying to guess which of the fountains would erupt next.



Avery loved playing in the river and climbing on and around the rocks. She'd splash and giggle and try walking around the rock to tease me.




It was a fabulous afternoon. We spent about 3 hours at the park picnicking, playing, splashing and having fun.

We will definitely be headed there again!
