Family Reunion

Bob's family had a reunion last weekend. We started the day bright and early at a family favorite fishing hole. This was a place that Bob and his family would regularly dip a hook in. We had a super time and caught quite a few fish.

Ethan loved running from person to person watching them cast, reel in and cast again, but he really loved reeling in the line himself. He even managed to catch a couple fish on his own.


We fished until the fish quit biting and decided to move on to another lake nearby. Bob caught a good sized fish right off so we set up the sun shade and the boys went to casting and reeling...After an hour or so Bob's was the only fish caught and the only bite I think.


Later in the day we met the rest of the family at the local park for dinner and games.

Bob's Aunt and Uncle taught us a new game...Danish Ball. Its a mixed up version of baseball and dodge ball. Ethan was first to bat. He loves baseball so he was set!

In order to score you had to run across the field and back before getting hit by the ball. Bob "helped" Ethan score a run as they crossed the line together.

We had lots of fun and enjoyed spending time with family.
