Thanks George!

Ethan loves to watch Curious George in the mornings. I don't mind, there's usually some moral or lesson to be learned in the end, and they have a real world connection that Ethan really pays attention to.

A few weeks ago he saw the kids after the show play a game like George did...he just knew he had to try it. Finally yesterday we gathered the supplies and he played it with Hunter and Soph.

I was amazed at how long they played it...it's just scooping balls out of a box with kitchen utensils, but they loved it.

Ethan kept coming to the kitchen and digging through the drawer for a new way to take the balls out...his final trick, tape on a spatula. He was thrilled to pick up 3, then 7 balls at one time.



We all had a ball playing and listening to each other laugh!


Also thanks to Curious George we've got an eggplant growing in our garden...George had one so Ethan had to too! We'll see if he eats it!
